All prospective learners are required to take and pass a pre-admission Entry Assessment Test. Admission to Word of Life Christian School is dependent on the results of this assessment test. Prospective learners who want to transfer to Word of Life Christian School from another school are required to also submit a Confidential Report, including examination results, from their current school. Parents of successful candidates will be invited to an interview with the Principal and Administrator.

Primary School
Grade 1 to 3. Consists of a One-on-One assessment with the specific grade teacher. Tests are administered at 13h30 for approximately 1 hour. Admission to Grade 1 preference will be given to our current Grade R’s. Appointment to be made via the School Office.
Grade 4 to 7. Assessment in English and Afrikaans (comprehension and writing skills are tested) and Mathematics. Administered at 08h00 for approximately 2 hours. Appointment to be made via the School Office.
High School
Grade 8 – 10. We accept learners from any Primary School subject to the successful completion of the assessment test and the submission of the learner’s Gr 7 examination results. Assessment in English and Afrikaans (comprehension, writing and oral skills are tested) and Mathematics. Administered at 08h00 for approximately 2 hours. Appointment to be made via the School Office.
